As a Quality Inspector on our Production Team, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values precision, adaptability, and a passion for getting things right.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Quality Control:
•    
Carefully review artwork, drawings, and products to ensure every detail is accurate
•    Inspect dimensions, colors, materials, and quantities across a variety of custom projects to meet exacting standards
•    Spot and document errors others might miss, ensuring that every product is perfect before it leaves the door
Process Improvement and Documentation:
•  
 Adapt to working with a variety of materials and methods, and suggest improvements to ensure consistent quality across all projects
•    Keep detailed records of inspections so we can track and address recurring issues
•    Participate in training to stay up-to-date on best practices
Production and Shipping Support:
•    Help move finished products to the appropriate departments with proper documentation
•    Step in to assist with assembling products or shipping tasks when needed
•    Pack and organize shipments to ensure products arrive safely and in pristine condition
Team Collaboration:
•    Work closely with other departments to solve problems and improve processes
•    Share inspection results and ideas to help the entire team perform at its best

What We’re Looking For:

•    Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in ensuring accuracy, no matter the complexity of the project
•    Adaptable: You thrive in a role where every project is different and are comfortable adjusting your approach to meet unique challenges
•    Problem Solver: You’re proactive about identifying and fixing issues
•    Technically Skilled: You’re comfortable with tools like rulers, shop drawings, blueprints, and Excel
•    Team Player: You enjoy working with others to create great results
•    Required: At least 2 years of experience in quality inspection or a production role involving hands-on work with blueprints and technical drawings
•    Preferred: Experience in the signage industry or a related field
